Preparing for Your Visits

Meeting with a sex therapist for the first time can be daunting for some who feel uncomfortable discussing their sexuality. Rest assured I understand that talking about issues surrounding sex and intimacy can be extremely sensitive. My goal is to create a comfortable and safe environment where we can explore issues of sexuality and gender expression, resolve and confront sexual problems, and improve sexual relationships and awareness.

New Patients

As a new patient, be sure to complete all New Patient Forms and bring them with you on your first visit. This comprehensive package includes a questionnaire that lets you tell me all about your health history and situation. It should take around 30 minutes for you to download the PDF, print it, and complete by hand. › Download Here (Note: if you are engaging in couples therapy, please be sure to complete one set of forms for each individual).

What Sessions are Like

  • Our sessions are typically 45 t0 60 minutes long.
  • For the first visit, we will discuss and address specific questions or concerns you may have as we build a platform for our work together going forward.
  • For subsequent visits, we will plan to meet regularly (either weekly or bi-weekly).
